摘要：阿曲生坦(Atrasentan)为一种口服的高效、高选择性内皮素ETA受体拮抗剂,单次口服消除半衰期(t1/2β)为20～25h,组织分布广泛;能逆转或是阻断ET-1对于细胞增殖、血管生成、骨质重塑的促进作用及其对血流动力方面的影响.临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期治疗激素抵抗性前列腺癌的研究表明,阿曲生坦耐受良好,明显延迟肿瘤的发展,降低转移癌的骨标记.最常见的副作用为轻中度的外周水肿、鼻炎和头痛.
