神经胶质瘤微生态系统研究

摘　要：恶性神经胶质瘤的生物学行为主要表现为侵袭性生长和高度血管化,这不仅是肿瘤本身的恶性表型，也是神经胶质瘤微生态系统中相关因素相互作用的结果。该文主要介绍神经胶质瘤微生态系统研究状况、与肿瘤微环境的区别、组成要素及血管内皮细胞对其的影响。

Study on Neuro-glioma Ｍicroecosystem

Abstract:The biological behavior of malignant neuro-glioma mainly shows invasive growth and  highly vasculalization.It has been well recongnized that the behavior not only results from its own malignant phenotype,but also from its interaction  among relative factors in neuro-glioma microecosystem(NGMES).The relative references of NGMES,including research situation,differences compared with the tumor microenvironment,main components,and effect of endothelial cell are reviewed in this paper.
